Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Java Developer (LInE) to join our customer's team on a remote basis. This role requires a deep understanding of Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices to design and implement backend solutions that are robust, scalable, and maintainable. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
  2. Collaborate closely with frontend developers, architects, and stakeholders to deliver seamless integration and robust functionality.
  3. Design and implement RESTful APIs to support a variety of business processes and client needs.
  4. Ensure all solutions are secure, scalable, and easy to maintain by adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  5. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems for performance and reliability.
  6. Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and contribute actively to the team's continuous improvement.
  7. Document technical solutions, workflows, and processes to ensure clarity and knowledge sharing within the team.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Expert-level proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience developing backend systems.
  2. Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices-based architecture.
  3. Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
  4. Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
  6. Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and development.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes.
  2. Background in integrating third-party services or external APIs.
  3. Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
