Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced professionals in janitorial and housekeeping supervision to contribute their expertise to the development and training of advanced AI systems. This project focuses on translating real-world operational knowledge into high-quality training data that improves AI performance in facilities management contexts.


Key Responsibilities:

Provide detailed insights into supervising and coordinating daily activities of janitorial and housekeeping teams across diverse environments.

Evaluate and annotate scenarios related to cleanliness standards, safety protocols, and operational compliance.

Simulate task assignment, scheduling decisions, and workflow optimization in both real-time and digital management systems.

Contribute expertise on staff training, including proper use of equipment and safe handling of cleaning agents.

Review and validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, realism, and alignment with industry best practices.

Document operational processes, performance tracking methods, inventory management, and incident reporting standards.

Identify inefficiencies, resolve hypothetical operational challenges, and provide structured feedback to improve AI decision-making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure AI models reflect real-world supervisory judgment and practical constraints.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience supervising housekeeping or janitorial personnel in settings such as hotels, hospitals, offices, or similar environments.
  2. Proven ability to coordinate, motivate, and lead cleaning teams to achieve high standards of service.
  3. Deep knowledge of cleaning methodologies, safety procedures, and quality control measures.
  4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in monitoring and reporting operational activities.
  5. Experience training, mentoring, and evaluating staff performance.
  6. Familiarity with housekeeping equipment, eco-friendly products, and proper waste disposal practices.
  7. Adaptable and eager to share expertise for technological advancement in AI training.
