Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and refinement of AI systems by providing high-quality, real-world information and feedback.
- Collaborate with cross-functional members of the customer's team to ensure diverse and accurate data input.
- Multi-task efficiently within a fast-paced work environment to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
- Adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
- Engage in both written and verbal communication to deliver nuanced, comprehensive input.
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple tasks and priorities.
- Uphold strong typing skills to ensure accurate and efficient data entry or documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience working as a generalist, preferably in a fast-paced or remote setting.
- Exceptional English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent typing skills with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate clearly and thoughtfully across distributed teams.
- Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tasks or industries quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting or collaborating with cross-functional, remote customer teams.
- Background in roles requiring rapid adaptation to changing priorities or workflows.
