You will drive the automation and optimization of CI/CD pipelines, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
- Build, deploy, and manage containerized applications with Docker and Kubernetes in cloud-native environments (AWS/GCP).
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and stakeholders to improve infrastructure reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and monitoring to support continuous delivery.
- Ensure proper system documentation and operational best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps or related engineering roles.
- Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and related container/cloud technologies.
- Strong proficiency with DevOps automation tools (Terraform, GitHub, GitHub Actions) and version control systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Nice-to-Have:
- Familiarity with security practices in CI/CD pipelines, including vulnerability scanning and compliance checks.
- Knowledge of API security, container security, and public cloud security (AWS, GCP).
- Experience with security tools such as Prisma Cloud, SIEM, SOAR, Nessus, or CrowdStrike.
- Understanding of security standards and compliance frameworks (PCI-DSS, HIPAA, SOX, GDPR, CCPA).
- Professional certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CISA, PCI-ISA, or PCIP.
Compensation & Benefits Notice
The annual base salary range for this full-time position is $140,000–$180,000 USD. micro1 seeks to engage exceptional talent regardless of location and offers generous compensation packages to all employees. All employees are eligible for equity compensation, and employees may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies. micro1 provides a comprehensive benefits package, including up to 100% reimbursement for health-insurance premiums, paid time off, and additional benefits designed to support a high-performing, remote-first workforce.
