Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess financial statements for completeness and compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, or UK GAAP.
• Apply updated disclosure checklist experience to validate the accuracy of complex financial data.
• Label and annotate financial data with precision, supporting AI model training and validation initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to refine data quality standards and best practices.
• Communicate findings and insights effectively through both written and verbal channels.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and ensure current auditing standards are applied to all project tasks.
• Assist in expanding the scope of AI data labelling projects to additional global jurisdictions as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 5–10 years of auditing experience, with active involvement in financial statement audits in the past 2 years.
• Direct, recent experience using financial disclosure checklists.
• Solid understanding and hands-on application of IFRS and at least one of US/UK GAAP.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver on remote, part-time projects.
• Experience working with diverse, remote, and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior involvement in AI, data labelling, or technology-driven audit assignments.
• Familiarity with multiple regulatory environments and a willingness to adapt to new jurisdictions.
• Exposure to large-scale financial data projects or piloting innovative audit technologies.
