Job Title: Spanish Language Evaluator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Spanish Language Evaluator. In this role, you will assess AI-generated content, provide linguistic feedback, and ensure the quality and accuracy of outputs in the Spanish language. Your work will directly contribute to improving the performance and user experience of AI models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated text in Spanish for accuracy, fluency, cultural appropriateness, and relevance.
- Provide constructive feedback to improve language quality and content performance.
- Test and validate new AI features and functionalities in Spanish.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI capabilities.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
- Proficient in English for communication with the global team.
- Strong understanding of Spanish grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Experience in language evaluation, translation, content review, or a similar field is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in AI language models or computational linguistics.
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
