Job Title: IT / Admin Applications Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented IT / Admin Applications Specialist to join our customer's team. In this expert role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT support and SaaS administration, ensuring the seamless operation of core business applications such as 1Password and Box. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, remote-first environment where strong written and verbal communication skills are highly valued.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert-level IT support for administration and troubleshooting of SaaS applications, including 1Password and Box.
  2. Manage user access, security permissions, and application configurations to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new tools and optimize existing workflows.
  4. Monitor application performance and proactively resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
  5. Document processes, standard operating procedures, and technical solutions for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends to recommend enhancements and ensure the latest best practices are applied.
  7. Support onboarding and offboarding of users, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to security protocols.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and SaaS application administration.
  2. Advanced expertise in managing and configuring 1Password and Box environments.
  3. Strong troubleshooting skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and service orientation.
  5. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fully remote setting.
  6. Solid understanding of access controls, cybersecurity concepts, and best practices.
  7. Track record of effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical team members.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Industry certifications in IT support or SaaS administration.
  2. Experience supporting remote and distributed teams.
