Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote



About the Role:

We're looking for an AI/ML Engineer with experience working with Gen AI/ML models and developing API’s, SDK’s and applications that utilize AI/ML. If you are ambitious, driven, have a sense of ownership and can hit the ground running quickly we want you. You will be collaborating closely with our Product and Engineering teams every step of the way, creating and delivering best-in-class solutions for our clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement large language models for various applications.
  • Scaling GenAI or similar applications to accommodate a high number of users, large data size, and reduce response time.
  • Crafting and optimizing prompts using different strategies, including providing context and zero-shot techniques
  • Creating prompts that efficiently guide LLMs to generate outputs meeting business requirements


Requirements:

  • expertise in one or more back-end languages (e.g. Python, Golang and Node)
  • Experience creating Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) based solutions.
  • Experience working with Open source and proprietary Large Language Models (fine-tuning and building APIs for inference) and embedding Models
  • Experience in all or any of similarity search, AI guardrails, agentic workflows, AI Test harnesses, experiment tracking, and Gen AI based SDKs
  • Knowledge of AWS Services is a must.
