Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance AI-driven digital content.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to guide the visual direction of AI projects.
- Curate and construct compelling visual storyboards, mood boards, and brand assets for AI training.
- Leverage your expertise in photography, video creation, and picture editing to provide real-world input and feedback to AI systems.
- Oversee brand development initiatives, ensuring consistency across digital channels.
- Stay at the forefront of creative technology trends, infusing innovation into AI-generated imagery.
- Document and communicate creative concepts and processes with clarity, both in writing and verbally, to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in visual graphics, art, or a related field.
- Proven experience with picture editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and similar tools.
- Hands-on experience creating videos optimized for internet platforms and audiences.
- Strong foundation in creative strategy, brand development, and visual storytelling.
- Demonstrated art direction skills, with a keen eye for composition and detail.
- Passionate about photography and digital media creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate creative ideas for diverse teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from a U.S. or European institution.
- Experience working with or training AI systems in creative domains.
- Demonstrated interest or background in creating or manipulating digital images.
