Job Description

Job Title: Marketing Documents Specialist (Chinese)


Job Type: Contractor


Location: Remote


Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create, review, and enhance marketing documents, presentations, and spreadsheets in both Chinese and English using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  2. Leverage expert knowledge of marketing strategies and documentation to provide realistic, industry-grade content for AI training purposes.
  3. Analyze and assess marketing materials for accuracy, engagement, and adherence to Fortune 500 standards.
  4. Deliver clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal communication in Chinese at a native level.
  5. Collaborate remotely with the customer's team to ensure deliverables meet project requirements and timelines.
  6. Offer insights into cultural nuances and language intricacies relevant to marketing documents targeting Chinese-speaking audiences.
  7. Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism throughout all interactions and deliverables.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Native-level proficiency in Chinese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or above, ideally in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  3. 3+ years of hands-on experience in marketing and creating or managing marketing documents for high-profile clients.
  4. Proven expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, especially for document creation and data presentation.
  5. Demonstrated experience working with Fortune 500 companies or similar environments.
  6. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, professional documents under tight deadlines.
  7. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting while collaborating with a diverse team.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Based in the US or with significant working experience in US-based organizations.
  2. Deep understanding of AI applications in marketing or document creation is a plus.
  3. Exposure to multilingual or cross-cultural marketing projects.
