Job Title: Finance and Account Managers
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Finance and Account Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our core financial operations, manage strategic reporting and compliance, and play a key part in driving our financial performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, billing, general ledger, treasury, cash management, and taxation.
- Prepare and analyze Financial Statements, management reports, account schedules, and ad hoc analyses for management decision-making.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and examiners to ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate smooth audits.
- Conduct periodic payroll reviews and oversee timely billing, collections, and payment of company obligations.
- Review and approve contracts, agreements, rate cards, processed payables, and reconcile weekly/monthly cash positions and bank accounts.
- Ensure compliance with corporate reportorial requirements, statutory filings, and internal accounting policies and procedures.
- Manage cash flow, forecasting, budgeting, and coordination with branches and other departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is a must.
- 8-10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, with at least 3-4 years in a managerial capacity.
- Thorough knowledge of Philippine tax laws, SEC, BIR, and other statutory corporate requirements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated integrity, strong problem-solving abilities, and sound judgment in financial analysis.
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting systems, especially QuickBooks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Accreditation with the Board of Accountancy for statutory Financial Statement preparation in the Philippines.
- Proven experience managing people and fostering strong interpersonal relationships within teams.
- Previous experience ensuring compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
