Job Title: Financial and Investment Analysts


Job Type: Full-time or Part-time

Job Summary:

We’re seeking experienced finance professionals to join a specialized project evaluating financial modeling and analysis capabilities in AI systems. You will use your real-world experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance to build complex financial models, develop professional presentation materials, and create grading rubrics that test analytical accuracy and modeling integrity.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create advanced Excel-based financial models and PowerPoint analyses reflecting real-world valuation and transaction scenarios.
  • Develop gold-standard answer files and evaluation rubrics for model assessment.
  • Design challenging, realistic prompts based on your past deal or analysis experience.
  • Review and evaluate AI-generated analyses for accuracy, structure, and professional quality.
  • Collaborate with project leads to maintain consistency, rigor, and objectivity across all deliverables..


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s or PhD in Finance or a closely related field is highly preferred.
  • Candidates without advanced degrees must demonstrate extensive practical experience in financial modeling, valuation, and analysis.
  • Proven ability to build and interpret complex financial models with advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for producing professional-quality presentations.
  • Background in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Consulting, or Corporate Development preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical rigor, with the ability to design objective, high-difficulty tasks.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in financial analysis or transaction advisory.
  • Experience building, auditing, and reviewing professional-grade financial models.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, automation, or model evaluation processes (a plus, not required).
