Job Summary:

Join our innovative team in a dynamic role that involves training AI systems to identify and exploit security weaknesses in a controlled, ethical manner. As a Cybersecurity Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in enhancing AI’s complex reasoning abilities, working on specialized questions, and contributing to cutting-edge projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute code injection attacks to uncover vulnerabilities in AI-powered computer agents.

• Utilize Docker containers and write Bash and Python scripts for AI security testing.

• Modify HTML files and craft malicious Linux commands to simulate security threats.

• Develop AI models to enhance security protocols and address specialized queries.

• Collaborate with teams to report findings and improve security frameworks.

• Participate actively in AI security risk assessments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong Linux administration and automation expertise with Bash, Python and PowerShell.

• Hands-on experience with penetration testing tools like Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap.

• In-depth knowledge of AI security risks, such as prompt injection, adversarial attacks, and AI red teaming.

• Expertise in automating security tasks, securing DevOps workflows, and integrating security into CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficiency in cloud security (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD security).

• Holding relevant security certifications such as OSCP, CEH, CISSP, OSWE, API Security Architect.

• Advanced (C1) proficiency in English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication for reporting and collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in AI red teaming, adversarial ML, LLM security testing.

• Deep understanding of networking protocols, OS security, and web application security.

• Knowledge of OWASP Top Ten, MITRE ATT&CK, and other security frameworks.
