Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert in database administration for AI training projects

• Design, develop, and refine AI training prompts relevant to database management scenarios

• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance data quality and database integrity for AI models

• Translate complex database concepts into clear, actionable insights for the AI development team

• Participate in full-cycle AI training, including prompt engineering, data curation, and performance evaluation

• Document training processes and best practices with meticulous attention to detail

• Support ongoing improvements to AI systems with feedback and domain knowledge

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

• 2-5 years of professional experience as a database administrator

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to articulate technical concepts simply

• Demonstrated experience with database architecture, performance tuning, and backup/recovery

• Proficiency in SQL and other relevant database technologies

• Solid understanding of data modeling, normalization, and security practices

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, part-time environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in AI training or prompt engineering

• Exposure to machine learning or natural language processing concepts

• Familiarity with collaborative AI development tools and workflows
