Job Title: Statistician - AI Trainer

Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a Statistician - AI Trainer and play a key role in enhancing the performance and intelligence of advanced AI models. You will leverage your expertise in statistical modeling and data interpretation to shape machine learning processes, ensuring the delivery of accurate, robust, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, apply, and refine statistical and mathematical theories to support AI model training and optimization.
- Collect, organize, interpret, and summarize complex numerical datasets to inform AI-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate statistical best practices into AI model development.
- Evaluate model performance using rigorous statistical analysis and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Document methodologies, results, and key findings in clear, concise written reports.
- Specialize and contribute expertise in fields such as biostatistics, business statistics, economic statistics, or related domains depending on project needs.
- Mentor and train internal teams on statistical principles relevant to AI technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Database Analyst, Demographer, Education Research Analyst, Mathematical Statistician, Psychometric Consultant, Quantitative Methodologist, Statistical Analyst, Statistical Consultant, Statistical Reporting Analyst, or Statistician.
- Advanced proficiency in statistical modeling, experimental design, and data interpretation.
- Strong grasp of mathematical and survey methodologies for AI and data science applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate complex statistical concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to produce clear documentation and deliver impactful presentations.
- Proficiency with relevant analytical tools and statistical software packages.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment and as part of a collaborative team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience specializing in biostatistics, agricultural statistics, business statistics, or economic statistics.
- Proven track record in developing or optimizing AI or machine learning models with statistical approaches.
- Background in mentoring or training professionals in statistical methods for AI/ML applications.
