We are looking for a creative and driven Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Design pixel-perfect, visually polished user interfaces for desktop and mobile experiences using Figma;
- Translate business requirements and ideas into clear user flows, wireframes, and functional design solutions;
- Iterate rapidly on existing designs, conducting updates based on feedback and changing priorities;
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the customer's team members to implement user-centered solutions;
- Ensure all deliverables maintain a high standard of usability, accessibility, and responsive design;
- Contribute to design system evolution and best practices within the team;
- Clearly articulate design concepts both in writing and verbally to stakeholders;
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design with a strong, visually appealing portfolio;
- Advanced proficiency with Figma and a proven ability to create clean, scalable designs;
- Deep understanding of UI/UX best practices and principles;
- Demonstrated experience designing for responsive web and mobile applications;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail;
- Quick to learn new tools, systems, and processes in a fast-paced environment;
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort working within a fully remote team;
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to or creating design systems;
- Background in agile product teams or multi-disciplinary environments;
- Motion design or prototyping skills considered a plus;
