Job Summary

Join our team as an Oracle EPM Assistant Manager and play a pivotal role in driving complex Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects for leading organizations. This position offers the opportunity to lead multifaceted implementations, collaborate with clients and internal teams, and contribute to our business development initiatives in a dynamic, hybrid work setting.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables across the project lifecycle.
  2. Engage with clients to understand business requirements, translating needs into tailored EPM solutions.
  3. Develop and review functional design documentation and oversee configuration activities.
  4. Deliver successful implementations across EPM modules including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management.
  5. Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration between functional and technical resources.
  6. Provide robust post-implementation support through troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
  7. Facilitate user training sessions and create comprehensive training materials to empower client teams.
  8. Support presales and business development efforts, including solution estimation and proposal development.
  9. Nurture strong client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and value delivery.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  2. 8-10 years of hands-on Oracle EPM experience, with demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud solutions.
  3. Completion of at least 3 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations in a lead role.
  4. Proven track record in business development and presales engagements.
  5. Exceptional project management capabilities with a focus on results-driven delivery.
  6. Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong emphasis on clarity and collaboration.
  7. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, adept at working with teams and clients.
  8. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Relevant Oracle EPM certifications.
  2. Experience working with international clients or in a consulting environment.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
