Job Summary
Join our customer's team as a First-Line Supervisor of Firefighting and Prevention Workers. In this unique position, you will leverage your frontline expertise to help shape advanced AI training models focused on firefighting, prevention, and emergency response. Your insights will directly contribute to the enhancement of digital tools designed to support and advance fire safety worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert input and feedback on firefighting and fire prevention protocols for the development of AI training models.
- Collaborate remotely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure accuracy and realism in AI-driven simulations.
- Review and validate fire emergency scenarios, response strategies, and preventative measures for training datasets.
- Communicate critical operational nuances in both written and verbal form to support model refinement.
- Identify gaps in current AI training content and recommend improvements based on real-world supervisory experience.
- Ensure content aligns with industry standards, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in periodic virtual meetings to review progress and share industry best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a First-Line Supervisor of Firefighting and Prevention Workers, leading teams in real-world scenarios.
- Deep understanding of fire suppression, rescue techniques, and preventative measures.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for reviewing and developing training content.
- Ability to collaborate remotely and provide actionable feedback to technical and non-technical team members.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and providing input for AI/technology-driven projects.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, ethics, and continuous professional improvement.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience contributing to training or instructional materials in firefighting or emergency services.
- Familiarity with AI, simulation, or training technology platforms.
- Certification in fire service education or related field.
