Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop our integration team to deliver best-in-class SAP integration solutions.
- Architect and oversee the implementation of end-to-end integration strategies across diverse systems using SAP Integration Suite (CPI/CI).
- Actively participate in the hands-on development of integration flows, mappings, and custom scripts (Groovy, Java).
- Ensure optimal system performance, monitoring, and proactive troubleshooting of complex integration issues.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, coordinating on third-party integrations for seamless data exchange.
- Present project updates, risk assessments, and technical improvement plans to senior stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and knowledge sharing in our team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7-10 years of hands-on experience with SAP integration technologies, focusing on SAP Integration Suite (CPI/CI).
- Proven track record in architecting and implementing large-scale, enterprise integration solutions.
- Advanced skills in Java, Groovy, and scripting for integration interface development.
- Expertise with web service protocols (SOAP, REST, OData) and SAP APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, ALE.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience mentoring and managing technical teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adept at explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated knowledge of security, compliance, and integration best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing multi-vendor or cross-functional integration projects.
- Familiarity with emerging SAP cloud technologies and industry trends.
- Background in implementing continuous improvement initiatives for integration landscapes.
