Job Title: Legal Expert

Job Summary: As a Legal Expert, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review, analyze, and annotate legal documents to ensure AI systems are exposed to authentic and comprehensive inputs.
- Evaluate legal scenarios and provide expert insights to improve the accuracy of machine learning models.
- Assess AI-generated legal content for quality, clarity, and compliance with established best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to translate complex legal concepts into actionable data points.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of guidelines and standards for handling legal data.
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and ethical conduct in all project activities.
- Offer feedback and recommendations to optimize model outcomes and enhance user experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification.
- Proven expertise in legal research, writing, and analysis.
- Strong command of both written and verbal communication, with the ability to convey intricate concepts clearly.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all deliverables.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks to varied scenarios.
- Comfort working remotely and independently with minimal supervision.
- Integrity and commitment to client confidentiality and ethical standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with legal technology, legal operations, or AI-related projects.
- Multijurisdictional legal experience or fluency in multiple languages.
- Background in legal instruction, compliance, or policy advisory roles.
