Job Summary

You will play an integral role in maintaining high standards of software excellence, working within a dynamic environment that values professional growth and outstanding performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive manual tests on software to identify bugs and ensure product quality.
  • Document detailed test cases and plans effectively for use by the development team.
  • Report and track bugs using industry-standard bug tracking tools.
  • Collaborate closely with developers and other testers to understand product vision and requirements.
  • Participate actively in Agile team processes and contribute to continuous improvement discussions.
  • Ensure test environments are set up correctly for accurate and efficient testing performance.
  • Communicate findings and suggestions for improvements both verbally and in written form.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in manual testing of software/web applications.
  • Proficiency with bug tracking tools and processes.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with creating and maintaining detailed test documentation.
  • Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering clear and practical solutions.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Agile testing environments.
  • Previous exposure to Silicon Valley start-up technologies or culture.
