Our teams work on multiple projects simultaneously, leveraging advanced data analytics and problem-solving techniques. Our recommendations and solutions are based on rigorous research and analysis underpinned by deep expertise and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI and ML models addressing large-scale, high-dimensional problems.
2. Architect data-driven systems combining statistical, predictive, and generative modeling techniques.
3. Evaluate and integrate emerging datasets, frameworks, and tools into scalable production pipelines.
4. Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and experiment with hybrid AI systems using agentic or classical approaches.
5. Collaborate directly with clients to define project scope, design analytical solutions, and deliver business impact.
6. Lead teams of data scientists, ensuring methodological rigor, reproducibility, and innovation.
7. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives through publications and research collaborations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or Master’s with 4–6 years of data science experience.
2. Expert in Python, statistical modeling, and advanced ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
3. Deep understanding of data architecture, MLOps, and model lifecycle management.
4. Hands-on experience with RAG pipelines, fine-tuning generative models, and multi-agent systems.
5. Strong experience with big data ecosystems (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
6. Proven ability to lead analytical projects, mentor teams, and communicate technical results to executives.
7. Experience in domains like healthcare, tech, or finance is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience fine-tuning generative models and integrating classic AI techniques.
2. Prior leadership experience and a record of mentoring junior colleagues.
3. Domain expertise in healthcare, transportation, technology, insurance, or related sectors.
