Job Description
Job Title: HR Onboarding Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Location: On-site Philippines
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the onboarding team effectively and efficiently
- Handle comprehensive reports and analytics to optimize onboarding processes
- Oversee recruitment partners' contract renewals ensuring seamless partnerships
- Manage risk and compliance related to pre-employment documents and medical exams
- Ensure alignment with company, government, and client standards
- Govern internal and external audits to maintain high compliance standards
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Graduate of a related course
- At least 10 years of full-cycle BPO recruitment experience
- At least 4 years in BPO recruitment onboarding
- At least 5 years in leadership roles
- Strong skills in recruitment analytics, reporting, and compliance management
- Willing to work on-site full-time in BGC, Taguig
- Open to graveyard shift, weekends, and holidays as needed
