Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team and provide expert guidance in designing, analyzing, and administering compensation programs. You will play a critical role in ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices, contributing significantly to our ability to attract and retain top talent. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze market compensation data to benchmark salaries and assess pay competitiveness for various roles.
  2. Develop, implement, and maintain compensation structures, salary surveys, and reward programs.
  3. Collaborate with HR and business leaders to provide recommendations on compensation strategies, job evaluations, and internal equity assessments.
  4. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation.
  5. Prepare detailed compensation reports and present findings to leadership with clear, actionable insights.
  6. Monitor trends in compensation and benefits to ensure our practices remain innovative and effective.
  7. Support annual compensation review processes, including merit increases and incentive plan analyses.



Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in compensation analysis, preferably in a fast-paced or consulting environment.
  3. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to explain complex data clearly to diverse audiences.
  5. Meticulous attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
  6. Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capability to manage multiple projects independently.
  7. Strong commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards.



Preferred Qualifications:

  1. CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or similar compensation certification.
  2. Experience with global compensation practices.
  3. Demonstrated success working with remote or distributed teams.
