CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Player Acquisition & Market Penetration
•Map and analyze Bulacan and nearby markets to identify high-value clusters and acquisition opportunities.
•Develop targeted acquisition plans for Mass Gaming, Premium Mass, and VIP segments.
•Establish and maintain relationships with transport groups, local establishments, communities, and influencers.
•Deploy field marketing initiatives that drive sign-ups, visitation, and gaming participation.
2. Junket Management & Agent Partnerships
•Develop and maintain relationships with junket operators, gaming agents, and premium player networks.
•Negotiate partnership terms, performance incentives, and compliance-guided engagement structures.
•Support the onboarding, monitoring, and performance evaluation of junkets and agents.
•Ensure that junket activities align with Dragon Royale’s player acquisition and GGR objectives.
3. Offline Marketing, OOH Activations & Integrated Campaigns
•Plan, execute, and evaluate promotions, events, and on-ground activations.
•Design revenue-driven initiatives focused on increasing visitation frequency and gaming spend.
•Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to synchronize offline promotions with digital campaigns, ensuring unified messaging and performance tracking.
•Provide market and player insights to guide digital creatives, targeting, and remarketing.
•Coordinate with the Marketing Manager on entertainment requirements, production logistics, performers, and event programming to ensure engaging, revenue-driven activations.
4. Partnerships & Membership Program Development
•Develop tie-ups with hotels, restaurants, transport services, entertainment venues, and other establishments to offer special rates, perks, and exclusive deals for Dragon Club members.
•Manage and expand the Dragon Club membership program, including tier benefits, member engagement strategies, and value-added services.
•Ensure membership program offerings drive loyalty, higher visitation, and increased GGR across table games and slot machines.
5. Host Coordination & Player Journey Optimization
•Coordinate with Host and VIP teams to maximize player conversion, satisfaction, and retention.
•Support the creation of loyalty and reactivation programs targeting Premium Mass and VIP players.
•Oversee smooth prospect handover from acquisition teams to hosts for continuous engagement.
6. Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimization
•Track acquisition KPIs including CPA, conversion rate, player quality, and GGR uplift.
•Analyze neighborhood penetration and allocate resources strategically.
•Work with the Digital Marketing Manager to consolidate CXP, PTS/CMS data, and campaign performance across channels.
•Deliver weekly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
•Must have experience in a casino environment, ideally in player development, marketing, or operations.
•Knowledgeable in Player Tracking Systems (PTS)/ Casino Management Systems (CMS) and player analytics.
•Strong background in marketing table games, slot machines, and casino promotions.
•Proven track record in offline acquisition and experiential or field marketing.
•Highly resourceful, aggressive, and capable of rapid experimentation.
•Familiar with community dynamics in Bulacan and neighboring cities.
•Effective communicator capable of working across teams, especially with digital marketing and host operations.
•Thrives in fast-paced, start-up style environments.
