Job Title: Senior Web Designer – Marketing Site Redesign

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Designer to join our team and lead the complete redesign of Sent's marketing website. This is an exciting opportunity to architect and deliver the end-to-end design for over 27 desktop and mobile pages, including comprehensive light and dark mode variants. As a key member of our async, remote-first team, you will play a pivotal role in elevating our brand and communicating complex product value to a global audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design 13 custom, one-off pages such as homepage, pricing, careers, and product overviews.
- Create 7 intuitive category or navigation hub pages with consistent user experiences.
- Develop 8 reusable page templates for channels, case studies, blog articles, legal documents, and competitor comparisons.
- Build and expand a scalable design system, including robust navigation components (mega-menu, mobile hamburger, footer).
- Deliver pixel-perfect, mobile-responsive designs for every page and variant.
- Implement cohesive light and dark mode UI options across all site templates.
- Reference and adapt patterns from best-in-class SaaS websites to inform design decisions while maintaining Sent’s unique brand identity.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, translating business goals into visually compelling, conversion-optimized solutions.
- Document design decisions, annotate files for efficient development handoff, and establish extensible style guidelines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4+ years of web design experience, ideally for B2B SaaS or developer-oriented products.
- Expert-level Figma proficiency, including auto-layout, components, and variants.
- Portfolio showcasing impactful marketing site projects with clear information hierarchy and conversion focus.
- Experience in building scalable template systems and reusable components.
- Deep understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
- Ability to work independently from detailed specs and navigate asynchronous written communications with ease.
- Strong collaboration and documentation skills, with experience presenting design rationale to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with conversion-driven design, SEO-aware layouts, and user journey optimization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with developer tools or API product marketing.
- Familiarity with modern design-to-code workflows (such as Framer, Webflow, or direct collaboration with frontend engineers).
- Background in building and maintaining robust design systems or component libraries.
Deliverables:
Deliverables include approximately 108 total designs (27 pages × 2 breakpoints × 2 color modes), navigation and footer components, a comprehensive component library, detailed usage guidelines, interactive prototypes for crucial flows, asset exports, and a style guide summarizing key design foundations.
