Join our customer’s team as an Indonesian Language Expert - AI Trainer and play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of AI language models. You will review, evaluate, and verify Indonesian written content for accuracy, clarity, and cultural resonance. This opportunity allows you to make a significant impact on AI understanding of Bahasa Indonesia, all within a flexible, remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and assess Indonesian-language content for factual accuracy and linguistic consistency.
• Cross-reference information against reliable local and international sources.
• Identify and flag unclear, misleading, or incorrect statements within content.
• Ensure cultural and contextual appropriateness in all text evaluations.
• Collaborate with the internal review team to uphold quality standards.
• Provide constructive feedback to enhance language data quality for AI applications.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all verification processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Native or near-native fluency in Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia), with strong command of grammar and usage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated analytical and comprehension abilities.
• Prior experience in content review, language evaluation, or similar domains is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.
• Candidates must not reside in Central Papua or Highland Papua (restricted regions).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in linguistics, translation, or related language-focused fields.
• Experience with AI data annotation or natural language processing projects.
• Familiarity with contemporary Indonesian cultural and linguistic trends.
