Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Malayalam Audio transcription Expert and play a pivotal role in transforming complex audio content into accurate, high-quality text. This position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals experienced in handling intricate transcription tasks and leveraging advanced AI tools to process multilingual speech data.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Transcribe complex Malayalam audio files into precise written text with meticulous attention to detail.
  2. Utilize AI transcription tools to enhance efficiency and maintain high transcription accuracy.
  3. Apply domain-specific vocabulary and context to ensure transcripts reflect nuanced and specialized content.
  4. Collaborate with team members and project leads to ensure consistency and quality standards across all deliverables.
  5. Proofread and review transcripts for grammatical, spelling, and contextual accuracy.
  6. Safeguard data confidentiality and handle sensitive audio materials with integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Native or near-native proficiency in Malayalam, with excellent comprehension and written skills.
  2. Demonstrated experience in audio transcription, preferably handling complex or technical content.
  3. Familiarity with AI-driven transcription tools and speech data processing technologies.
  4. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
