Frontend-Focused Full-Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead development of Next.js and React web applications, driving component architecture and optimal performance

• Spearhead the architecture and delivery of cross-platform mobile apps in React Native, ensuring a unified design language

• Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define and integrate REST/GraphQL APIs with secure, observable data flows

• Translate Figma/Sketch UI/UX designs into pixel-perfect, accessible, and brand-consistent interfaces

• Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and mentor junior developers to foster technical excellence

• Evaluate and implement new tooling, continuously improving dev workflows and front-end strategies

• Champion Tailwind CSS and NativeWind for scalable, efficient styling across platforms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional JavaScript/TypeScript experience

• Expert-level proficiency in React (web) and React Native (mobile)

• Production experience with Next.js—including SSR/ISR, routing, and data fetching

• Deep knowledge of CSS and hands-on expertise in Tailwind CSS or similar utility-first frameworks

• Proven track record integrating complex REST/GraphQL APIs

• Strong attention to visual detail, accessibility, and interaction design

• Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, and agile development practices

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative mindset
