Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Truck Driver and play an integral role in safe and timely transportation across various routes. As an expert driver, you will utilize your extensive on-the-road experience and technological know-how to deliver excellence and uphold the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate commercial vehicles for both long and short-distance routes as assigned by dispatch.
2. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
3. Utilize GPS navigation and mobile apps to optimize routes and delivery schedules.
4. Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members through written and verbal channels.
5. Adhere strictly to traffic regulations, company safety protocols, and industry best practices.
6. Maintain accurate records, including logbooks and delivery documentation.
7. Proactively identify and report maintenance or safety issues to minimize downtime.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Valid Driving License (Commercial Vehicle Preferred).
2. Proven experience with both long and short-distance driving assignments.
3. Intermediate proficiency with mobile apps such as GPS navigation systems and digital reporting tools.
4. Basic knowledge of navigation techniques and standard safety protocols.
5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective team interaction.
6. Strong attention to detail and reliability when handling transportation logistics.
7. Ability to work independently while adhering to outlined schedules and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience handling diverse cargo or sensitive materials is a plus.
2. Additional certifications in defensive driving or vehicle maintenance.
