Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee delivery integration and resourcing functions for procurement and supply chain operations across multiple delivery centers.

• Provide robust delivery oversight, ensuring projects meet KPIs for utilization, revenue growth, and margins.

• Support the Solutions team in solution design, estimation, contract support, and client orals.

• Lead complex procurement and supply chain transformation programs—including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with Member Firms, Regional Solutions, and Hubs to guarantee consistent, high-quality delivery.

• Enable and scale delivery capabilities within the Procurement & Supply Chain practice.

• Develop and enforce governance structures, ensuring compliance with security, regulatory requirements, and quality metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 20 years of experience in procurement, IT procurement, and supply chain delivery leadership.

• Proven expertise in large-scale IT environments and a comprehensive understanding of business processes across multiple industries.

• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end procurement and supply chain transformations.

• Mastery of project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid) and management frameworks.

• Advanced working knowledge of leading Procurement & Supply Chain SaaS solutions, such as Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, and Ivalua.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a particular emphasis on stakeholder management and team leadership.

• Strong focus on innovation, process optimization, and adherence to industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Ivalua, Coupa, SAP Ariba, Blue Yonder (BY), or O9 Solutions.

• Familiarity with Automation and Business AI solutions in procurement and supply chain.

• Experience implementing governance structures within a highly regulated environment.
