Job Summary:

We are searching for an accomplished Procurement & Supply Chain Delivery Director to join our team and drive excellence across our centers in a hybrid working environment. In this pivotal leadership role, you will champion the seamless integration and delivery of transformative procurement and supply chain initiatives, partnering with regional and global teams to deliver measurable impact and industry-leading solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and optimize delivery integration and resourcing for procurement and supply chain operations across multiple centers.
2. Ensure robust project oversight, achieving KPIs for resource utilization, revenue growth, and profitability.
3. Partner with Solutions teams in the design, estimation, contractual support, and client presentations for new opportunities.
4. Spearhead complex procurement and supply chain transformation programs, including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Bluefield projects.
5. Drive collaborative delivery with Member Firms, Regional Solutions, and Hubs to guarantee high-quality and consistent outcomes.
6. Scale and mature our Procurement & Supply Chain practice, enabling innovation and continuous improvement.
7. Establish and maintain governance frameworks, ensuring strict compliance with security, regulatory, and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. At least 20 years’ experience in procurement, IT procurement, and supply chain delivery at a senior leadership level.
2. Extensive background managing large-scale IT environments and a strong grasp of cross-industry business processes.
3. Proven ability to deliver end-to-end procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives.
4. Expertise in project delivery methodologies, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid approaches.
5. Advanced knowledge of leading Procurement & Supply Chain SaaS platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Zycus, and Ivalua.
6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear stakeholder engagement and inspiring team leadership.
7. Demonstrated focus on innovation, operational excellence, and best practice adoption.
