Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.

- Transform complex data sets into intuitive visualizations and dashboards for informed decision-making.

- Map and optimize business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

- Facilitate clear and concise communication of requirements across cross-functional teams.

- Support ongoing strategy planning with actionable data-driven insights.

- Proactively identify opportunities for business improvement through data analysis.

- Ensure alignment of solution delivery with evolving business needs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Demonstrated expertise in requirement gathering and documentation.

- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

- Strong process mapping and business process analysis skills.

- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication, with a focus on clarity and impact.

- Ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.

- Independent, self-motivated, and proactive approach in a remote setup.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies.

- Prior experience in a remote, cross-functional team environment.

- Familiarity with digital transformation and modern business analytics platforms.
