Join our team as a Salesforce Developer and play a pivotal role in delivering robust Salesforce solutions for our esteemed Auo client. This is a remote, full-time opportunity where you'll collaborate closely with offshore teams, the customer's business stakeholders, and QA teams, driving business impact through innovative CRM development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce solutions using Apex and related technologies.
- Collaborate with the offshore team, customer business users, and QA teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality deliverables.
- Ensure the integrity and security of data within the Salesforce environment.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications for peak performance.
- Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and maintaining coding standards.
- Document technical solutions, system configurations, and development processes clearly and effectively.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to continuously enhance our solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with strong expertise in Salesforce platform development.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clear, concise, and respectful collaboration.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data models, and workflows.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, App Builder).
- Experience collaborating with onshore/offshore and multi-disciplinary teams.
- Background in supporting enterprise-level clients, especially in a client-location context.
