Job Summary

Join our customer's team as an Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, or English as a Second Language Instructor focused on training next-generation AI models. This unique opportunity allows you to apply your expertise in adult education to help shape artificial intelligence while working from anywhere. Play a key role in enhancing how AI understands and supports diverse learners by leveraging your instructional experience.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Observe and assess simulated student work to inform the development and evaluation of AI training materials.
  2. Provide expert feedback on lesson objectives, instructional materials, and student progress scenarios to guide AI learning processes.
  3. Analyze and adapt virtual teaching methods and content to accurately reflect best practices for varied abilities and backgrounds.
  4. Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats to document insights and recommendations for AI training improvement.
  5. Evaluate AI-generated responses and educational content, suggesting enhancements based on real-world teaching expertise.
  6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and refine training data reflecting authentic classroom challenges and solutions.
  7. Encourage innovative approaches to adult education and ESL, drawing from your own experience to broaden the AI’s understanding of learner needs.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, TESOL, Adult Education, or related field.
  2. Demonstrated experience teaching Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, and/or English as a Second Language.
  3. Proven ability to observe and evaluate student work, adapting instruction to individual differences.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
  5. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  6. Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments.
  7. Comfort working independently and managing remote collaboration tools.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience with instructional design or curriculum development for adult learners.
  2. Familiarity with educational technology, AI, or machine learning concepts.
  3. Advanced degree or certifications in ESL, Adult Education, or related domains.
