Key Responsibilities
- Observe and assess simulated student work to inform the development and evaluation of AI training materials.
- Provide expert feedback on lesson objectives, instructional materials, and student progress scenarios to guide AI learning processes.
- Analyze and adapt virtual teaching methods and content to accurately reflect best practices for varied abilities and backgrounds.
- Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats to document insights and recommendations for AI training improvement.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses and educational content, suggesting enhancements based on real-world teaching expertise.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and refine training data reflecting authentic classroom challenges and solutions.
- Encourage innovative approaches to adult education and ESL, drawing from your own experience to broaden the AI’s understanding of learner needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, TESOL, Adult Education, or related field.
- Demonstrated experience teaching Adult Basic Education, Adult Secondary Education, and/or English as a Second Language.
- Proven ability to observe and evaluate student work, adapting instruction to individual differences.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments.
- Comfort working independently and managing remote collaboration tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with instructional design or curriculum development for adult learners.
