Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as an Account Executive, where you'll play a crucial role in driving our business growth. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new B2B sales opportunities and expand customer base.
- Manage and nurture client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Utilize Hubspot CRM to track sales activities and pipeline progress.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and client solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SaaS solutions to better serve clients.
- Engage with clients through written and verbal communication to build strong relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including SDR roles.
- Proficiency in using Hubspot CRM for account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions and industry trends.
- Smart, curious, and enthusiastic attitude towards learning and selling.
- Proven ability to work remotely and meet sales targets.
