Job Summary:

Join our customer’s team as a Geriatric Psychiatrist AI Trainer and bring your clinical expertise to the forefront of AI innovation. You will play a critical role in shaping artificial intelligence by developing robust clinical rubrics and training models to better understand and support geriatric mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and refine clinical rubrics to guide AI model training in geriatric psychiatry
• Provide subject matter expertise on complex geriatric psychiatric scenarios and interventions
• Evaluate AI-generated content for clinical accuracy, empathy, and relevance
• Collaborate with AI researchers, data scientists, and product managers to optimize model performance
• Document detailed feedback and guidance to enhance AI’s clinical reasoning and communication
• Stay current with advancements in geriatric psychiatry to ensure training materials and models are up-to-date
• Contribute to team discussions and brainstorming sessions focused on improving AI utility in mental health settings

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• MD or equivalent with a specialization in Psychiatry
• Demonstrated extensive clinical experience in geriatric psychiatry
• Completed residency
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to translate complex clinical concepts for technical audiences
• Expertise with the nuances of psychiatric assessment and intervention in elderly populations
• High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and ethical standards
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote setting
• Passion for integrating clinical expertise with emerging technology

Preferred Qualifications:

• Peer-reviewed research publications in geriatrics or related fields
• Fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry
