Job Summary:
Join our customer's team as a Python Developer and contribute your expertise to impactful, challenging projects in a dynamic remote environment. Leverage your mastery of Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and AWS to design scalable solutions and drive technical innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain robust backend applications using Python and Django.
- Design and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas and queries to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Leverage AWS services for application deployment, scalability, and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following industry best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Participate in code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor other developers as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and Django framework.
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, including database design and optimization.
- Strong knowledge of AWS (deployment, scaling, and monitoring tools).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems in a remote team setting.
- Demonstrated experience delivering high-quality software solutions in an agile environment.
- Proficient in code versioning tools and collaborative development workflows.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience integrating third-party APIs and services within Django applications.
- Background in performance tuning and security best practices for cloud-based environments.
- Contributions to open-source Python projects or technical communities.
