Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Technology Solutions Associate – Veeva Network to support Veeva Network implementations for global pharmaceutical and life sciences clients. This role focuses on delivering high-quality Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, working across the full project lifecycle—from requirement gathering through deployment and client handover.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to Veeva Network or similar MDM platforms, a solid understanding of pharma commercial data, and strong technical fundamentals in data modeling and integration.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in end-to-end Veeva Network implementations for global pharma and life sciences clients
Support requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, and data model setup
Configure match rules, merge logic, workflows, and data quality checks within Veeva Network
Support data migration, validation, and loading of HCP/HCO master data
Prepare and execute system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Provide deployment support, documentation, and smooth client handover
Collaborate with onsite and global teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
Must-Have Skills
Hands-on experience with Veeva Network or similar MDM platforms
Exposure to pharma commercial domain processes (field force data, customer master data)
Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts
Good working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and data integration/ETL concepts
Understanding of data validation, governance, and quality management
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with data integration tools, ETL processes, or CRM systems
Knowledge of the Veeva ecosystem (Veeva CRM, OpenData, Vault)
Prior experience working in a regulated pharma or life sciences environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
1–2 years of relevant experience in IT consulting, data management, or pharma technology roles
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable working with global teams across time zones
