Job Title: Human Resource Professionals – HR Policy & Employee Experience Specialist

Job Summary

Join our customer's team as an HR Policy & Employee Experience Specialist, where you will shape the people experience by crafting, reviewing, and optimizing core HR policies and communications. You will play a central role in translating HR best practices into clear, engaging, and compliant materials that empower employees at every touchpoint. Key Responsibilities

  1. Draft and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal guidelines aligned with current regulations and best practices
  2. Review existing HR documents for compliance, clarity, and consistency across the organization
  3. Design and deliver engaging onboarding materials, including welcome kits and documentation templates
  4. Create targeted employee-facing communications such as emails, FAQs, rollout announcements, and policy updates
  5. Develop comprehensive supporting materials including change logs, manager guides, and policy summaries
  6. Collaborate with HR, legal, and business stakeholders to ensure accuracy and alignment
  7. Continuously monitor evolving HR trends to recommend improvements to policies and employee experience programs


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. 4–10+ years of experience in HR functions such as HRBP, HR Operations, People Ops, or Compliance
  2. Demonstrated expertise in policy drafting, onboarding program design, and employee communications
  3. Exceptional writing and editing skills with an eye for detail and compliance
  4. Strong knowledge of HR regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices
  5. Ability to structure complex information into concise, employee-friendly content
  6. Proficient in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  7. High degree of initiative, ownership, and adaptability in a remote setting


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Experience supporting remote or distributed teams
  2. Background in change management or employee experience strategy
  3. Knowledge of HRIS or digital communication tools
