Job Summary

Join our customer's team as a Telecom & VoIP Engineering - AI trainer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of AI-driven telecom solutions. You will leverage your technical expertise and passion for effective communication to mentor and train on full-cycle prompt engineering within the context of telecom and VoIP systems.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive AI training modules focused on Telecom and VoIP Engineering concepts and applications.
  2. Guide learners through end-to-end prompt engineering cycles, ensuring practical understanding and hands-on application.
  3. Collaborate with team members to identify knowledge gaps and tailor training content to evolving project requirements.
  4. Maintain high standards of written and verbal communication throughout training sessions and documentation.
  5. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements based on feedback and technological advancements.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends in AI, telecom, and VoIP to enrich course material and ensure relevance.
  7. Provide mentorship and support to both technical and non-technical team members as they engage with AI-powered telecom solutions.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Telecom and VoIP Engineering.
  3. Demonstrated experience with AI and prompt engineering in telecommunications environments.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for clear, engaging instruction.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in AI-driven telecom solutions.
  6. Experience delivering remote technical training to diverse audiences.
  7. Proficiency in relevant telecom protocols, platforms, and AI development tools.


Preferred Qualifications

  1. Master’s degree or advanced coursework in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or AI.
  2. Previous experience as a technical trainer or mentor in the telecom or AI sector.
  3. Familiarity with the latest AI frameworks and their applications within VoIP and telecom infrastructures.
