Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Specialist to join our customer's team and drive financial excellence across diverse initiatives. In this expert-level role, you will leverage advanced financial modeling and analysis to inform key business strategies, collaborate with multidisciplinary stakeholders, and support the design and evaluation of innovative financial tools and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, refine, and maintain robust financial models to forecast business outcomes and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including budgeting, variance analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.
- Prepare accurate, timely financial reports using advanced Excel skills and financial reporting tools.
- Ensure strict adherence to accounting principles and regulatory compliance across financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align financial insights with organizational goals.
- Advise on best practices for financial planning, systems design, and process improvements.
- Engage in multi-turn conversations with agents, contributing to rubrics and developing system prompts for financial tool applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven expertise in financial modeling, financial analysis, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and leading financial reporting tools.
- Thorough understanding of budgeting, cost optimization, and accounting principles.
- Demonstrated experience with regulatory compliance in financial environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Background in consulting or advisory roles within finance or related domains.
- Experience designing or enhancing financial tools, systems, or applications.
