Join our customer's team as a Real Estate Broker, where you will leverage your expertise to oversee commercial and residential real estate transactions. This role offers the flexibility of remote, part-time work while engaging in dynamic property sales, rentals, and loan arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage real estate transactions from initiation to close, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Advise and support clients through the process of buying, selling, or renting properties, fostering long-term relationships.
- Coordinate with agents, lenders, and third parties to facilitate smooth property transactions.
- Oversee transaction documentation, contracts, and financial records, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide guidance on complex sales scenarios and negotiation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate market trends to assist clients in making informed decisions.
- Support and mentor junior team members, sharing insights into compliance, finance, and transaction management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a licensed real estate broker, ideally with exposure to both residential and commercial markets.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
- Demonstrated ability to operate real estate offices or work within commercial real estate firms.
- Strong knowledge of property sales, rentals, and associated financial arrangements.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and transaction management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales scenarios and provide expert client support.
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and CRM platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mentoring agents and providing strategic oversight.
- Familiarity with AI or technology-driven compliance and finance solutions in real estate.
