Job Summary:

Join our team as a Culinary Production Associate, specializing in high-volume, scalable food production for retail markets. In this expert-level remote role, you'll combine craftsmanship and precision with digital tools to ensure consistent, safe, and appealing products. Leverage advanced food machinery and digital systems to help us deliver quality at scale.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Produce food products at scale using industrial equipment, automated ovens, and digital scales.
  2. Utilize cloud-based production logs to track output, waste, and batch accuracy in real time.
  3. Apply food safety and HACCP standards consistently throughout all production processes.
  4. Operate food labeling and pricing software to generate accurate and compliant product labels.
  5. Maintain rigorous cleanliness and organizational standards within the production environment.
  6. Collaboratively communicate with remote team members to solve issues and maintain workflow consistency.
  7. Monitor waste levels and contribute to cost optimization efforts through precise tracking and reporting.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Demonstrated craftsmanship and attention to detail in a high-volume culinary production setting.
  2. Expertise in food safety standards and HACCP protocols for large-scale operations.
  3. Proficiency with digital scales, automated ovens, and industrial food manufacturing equipment.
  4. Hands-on experience with food labeling and pricing software systems.
  5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
  6. Consistency in output and commitment to maintaining quality benchmarks.
  7. Strong awareness of waste, cost management, punctuality, and adherence to cleanliness standards.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience producing food for retail distribution at scale.
  2. Familiarity with digital production tracking and cloud-based reporting tools.
  3. Advanced knowledge of food labeling compliance and regulatory requirements.
