Scope of Work:
- Assess and analyze enterprise data partnership models for organizations with 30-200 employees, emphasizing effective implementation and measurable impact.
- Document mature workflow processes and contribute actionable insights for optimizing data-driven partnerships.
- Review, evaluate, and refine documented processes to ensure scalability, clarity, and efficient knowledge transfer.
- Develop comprehensive process documentation and deliver best-practice guidelines rooted in real-world expertise.
- Provide detailed feedback on partnership workflow bottlenecks and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
- Produce written and verbal communications outlining complex partnership concepts in clear, concise language.
- Collaborate remotely with project stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment in all deliverables.

- Proven expertise designing, managing, or optimizing partnerships within organizations of 30-200 employees.
- Demonstrated experience establishing mature workflows and robust, well-documented processes in enterprise environments.
