Role Title: Enterprise Data Partnership

micro1 is partnering with organisations to contribute anonymised operational knowledge, enterprise workflows, and business process documentation to help build the next generation of AI systems. This initiative enables companies to transform their real-world operational expertise into high-quality training data that improves how AI models learn, reason, and perform across enterprise use cases. No prior AI experience is required—we're looking for organisations with mature workflows, documented processes, and valuable operational knowledge.

Scope of Partnership

1. Contribute anonymised enterprise datasets, operational documentation, and workflow artefacts that reflect real-world business operations.
2. Share mature and repeatable business processes executed across teams and departments.
3. Provide documented workflows, SOPs, knowledge bases, templates, playbooks, and other operational materials that demonstrate organisational best practices.
4. Collaborate with micro1 to accurately represent enterprise workflows while protecting confidential and proprietary information.
5. Support the development of enterprise-quality datasets that help train and evaluate next-generation AI systems.
6. Participate in discussions regarding workflow context, operational maturity, and process improvements where needed.

Organization Requirements

1. 30 to 200 employees.
2. Strong operational maturity with well-defined and repeatable business processes.
3. Comprehensive internal documentation, SOPs, playbooks, or knowledge management systems.
4. Active use of modern software tools to manage business operations and workflows.
5. Clearly documented processes that employees execute consistently across the organisation.
6. A willingness to contribute anonymised operational knowledge under strict privacy and security standards.
