Job Summary:

Join our customer's team as a Law, Compliance & Contracts - AI Trainer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of AI-driven legal solutions. In this remote, part-time position, you will harness your expertise in legal advisory, compliance, and contract management to elevate the accuracy and reliability of AI models handling complex legal scenarios.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Review and critically assess AI-generated legal content across various practice areas, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and legal compliance.
  2. Develop comprehensive training materials, scenario-based questions, and legal reasoning datasets to support advanced AI model training.
  3. Identify inaccuracies, risks, or inconsistencies in legal content and propose precise, actionable corrections.
  4. Provide structured, constructive feedback to optimize AI models in legal analysis, drafting, and regulatory reasoning.
  5. Collaborate closely with AI research and engineering teams to refine guidelines and ensure alignment with evolving legal standards.
  6. Ensure all AI outputs adhere to jurisdictional laws, ethical practices, regulatory frameworks, and professional conduct codes.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in legal advisory, compliance, or contract management.
  2. Proven expertise in compliance and risk assessment, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  3. Strong legal research skills, especially across multiple jurisdictions and practice areas.
  4. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with a passion for clear and effective information delivery.
  5. Experience identifying legal risks and providing actionable solutions.
  6. Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity while collaborating with cross-functional teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Law degree (JD, LLB), or a degree in paralegal/legal studies (especially for Legal Ops roles).
  2. Bar admission or regulatory certification in a relevant jurisdiction.
  3. Experience in legal drafting, policy review, contract management, or familiarity with global regulatory frameworks and AI annotation/quality evaluation.
