Key Responsibilities

  1. Design and develop scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and LWC.
  2. Implement and optimize workflows, triggers, and process automations to streamline business operations.
  3. Develop robust APIs and integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms such as Oracle, SAP, docusign, and payment gateways.
  4. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
  5. Ensure best practice adherence in Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, security, and performance tuning.
  6. Lead code reviews and mentor colleagues to uphold coding standards and solutions quality.
  7. Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing Salesforce systems, adapting to evolving business needs and new Salesforce releases.



Required Skills and Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
  2. Demonstrated proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and JavaScript.
  3. Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and security best practices.
  4. Expertise in REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware solutions.
  5. Strong command of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks.
  6. Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Flosum, Copado, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
  7. Excellent written communication skills suited to an asynchronous, documentation-driven culture.



Preferred Qualifications

  1. Salesforce Platform Developer II and other advanced Salesforce certifications.
  2. Leadership experience mentoring team members and driving technical excellence.
  3. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA.
