Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by conducting market research and targeted outreach.
- Engage prospective and existing clients through compelling written and verbal communications to understand needs and promote tailored service solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies and deliver high-value service solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide actionable feedback to the AI training project, contributing your industry expertise to enhance data quality and project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales of services, excluding advertising, insurance, financial, and travel sectors.
- Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Demonstrated success in a consultative or solution-based sales environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital communication tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
- Ability to contribute detailed, accurate feedback for AI data training purposes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting AI or technology-driven sales initiatives.
- Background in B2B service sales across multiple industries.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets in a remote role.
